  1. Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) significantly increases your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, sexual dysfunction, diabetes and dementia.
  2. Studies indicate that approximately 20% of people over the age of 60 have OSA. The majority go undiagnosed.
  3. Sleep disturbance is associated with weight gain and obesity.
  4. As many as 1 in 3 insomiacs really have another sleep disorder such as OSA.
