Art Mural Contest
Northshore Sleep Medicine is pleased to present a Sleep Mural Contest open to high school artists and art departments located on Chicago's Northshore. The winner of this fine-art competition will see their work realized on the east wall of the Northshore Sleep Medicine sleep clinic at 3451 Church Street at the border of Evanston and Skokie.

Prizes: Awards include a $2,000 donation to the winning student’s high school art department. Individual awards include: winner, a
$500 gift certificate to Best Buy or the Apple Store; first runner-up, a $250 gift certificate; second runner up, a $100 gift certificate.
Prizes will be awarded when the winning mural is completed.
There is
no entry fee. Limit: one entry per person.
After submission, students will be required to print their entries and submit them mounted on foam board. All entries will be
displayed in the Northshore Sleep Medicine clinic, space permitting. Each art department/student/parents will be invited to a
showing at the Northshore Sleep Medicine clinic in April, where the winner will be announced.
The final mural project is subject to review by the staff of Northshore Sleep Medicine and Dr. Lisa Shives. Since the winning mural requires approval by the Village of Skokie, entries must be non-violent and inoffensive.
