Dr. Lisa Shives MD

Sleep expert and founder of Northshore Sleep Medicine, Dr. Lisa Shives MD has been at the forefront of sleep health for nearly a decade. She graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University. She completed her residency at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (now NorthShore University HealthSystem). She has done a fellowship in Medical Ethics and in Sleep Medicine, both at the University of Chicago. Before opening her own Sleep practice, she was an attending physician at Evanston Hospital and specialist in sleep and pain disorders for Horizon Hospice in Chicago.

Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine, Dr. Shives is an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and has often served as their official media spokesperson. She was recently invited to serve as a member of the National Sleep Foundation's Public Awareness Committee to upgrade and change public awareness and perceptions about the importance of sleep, sleep disorders and related issues. Dr. Irina Trosman MD

Pediatrician Dr. Irina Trosman MD graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital where she was selected "Intern of the Year" by the Pediatric Faculty.

Dr. Trosman is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Born in Belarus, Dr. Trosman is a native Russian speaker.

Dr. Claire Kenneally MD

Dr. Claire Kenneally graduated from Loyola University Chicago/Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. She received the Resident of the Year Award in 2006. Board certified in Internal Medicine, she is an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, as well as the American College of Physicians.
